This is our most popular slippery elm supplement. Slippery Elm is a highly mucilaginous powder derived from the bark of a species of Elm tree native to North America. When taken internally it coats the inside of the intestinal walls and so promotes easy passage through the digestive sac.
Take 1-2 capsules, two to three times daily, on an empty stomach or as directed by a healthcare professional.
