Zenzi Health Rewards Programme Terms & Conditions

We love rewarding our loyal customers. To keep things fair and simple for everyone, please take a moment to read our Rewards Programme Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership

• The Zenzi Health Rewards Programme is free to join.
• Please create a Zenzi Health customer account to earn and redeem rewards.
• Rewards are linked to your customer account and cannot be transferred to another person. 
  
  

2. Earning Rewards

Members earn rewards on eligible purchases made online.
Additional rewards may be earned through selected activities, including:

• Celebrating your birthday
• Leaving a verified product review
• Referring a friend
• Promotional bonus offers run from time to time
• Rewards are credited once an order has been completed and paid for.
  
  

3. Redeeming Rewards

• Rewards can be redeemed on future purchases online.
• Rewards may be used on sale and promotional items.
• Only one rewards redemption may be applied per order.
• Rewards must be applied before checkout and cannot be added after an order has been completed.
• Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or transferred to another account.
  
  

4. Reward Expiry

• Rewards expire 12 months from the date they are earned.
• Expired rewards cannot be reinstated.
  
  

5. Returns & Refunds

If an order is refunded or cancelled:

• Any rewards earned from that purchase will be removed from your account.
• If rewards were redeemed on the purchase, they may be credited back where applicable.
  
  

6. Referrals

• Referral rewards are issued once the referred customer has created an account.
• Zenzi Health reserves the right to withhold referral rewards where fraudulent or duplicate referrals are identified.
  
  

7. Birthday Rewards

• Birthday rewards are available once per calendar year.
• Your birthday must be added to your customer account before your birthday to qualify.
  
  

8. Programme Changes

• Zenzi Health may update, suspend or discontinue the Rewards Programme or these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  Any changes will not affect rewards already earned unless misuse, fraud or abuse of the programme is identified.
  
  

9. General

• Participation in the Zenzi Health Rewards Programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
